Math 1020/1021: Corequisite Support for College Algebra/College Algebra

Fall 2023 (1), Spring 2024 (1)

In Math 1020 we focused on providing corequisite materials designed to promote mastery of the specific skills and knowledge required for success in Math 1021 College Algebra. Some information covered in Math 1021 include solving equations and inequalities; function properties and graphs with transformations; inverse functions; linear, quadratic, polynomial, rational, exponential and logarithmic functions with applications; systems of equations. 

Math 1100: The Nature of Mathematics

Summer 2023 (1)

This course was offered for the PSA (Pre-Scholars Academy) for incoming freshmen. In this course, we covered Personal Finance, basic Number Theory, Set Theory, and Logic. We covered this over the whole summer semester.

Math 1431: Business Calculus

Fall 2022 (4), Spring 2023 (4)

In this course, I helped with the Business Calculus Lab. This was a once-weekly class where the students would come in and we would work examples together to help solidify concepts that could not be taken care of in the lecture portion of Business Calculus.
